How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Received a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kleenecosmetics@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types.
However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
When will I see results?
Results may vary depending on your skin type and consistency. Most users notice visible improvements within 2–4 weeks of regular use.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll initiate an investigation with the courier.
Refunds for lost orders are processed after confirmation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected orders. Additional charges may apply.
