Refund policy

We prioritize hygiene and product integrity, especially for skincare and cosmetic products.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, we do offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item delivered

Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kleenecosmetics@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot process returns/refunds if:

  • The product has been used or opened
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product was damaged due to misuse

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
